Barista Skills Foundation 

This module allows you to develop coffee knowledge and practical skills to get
you started in your barista career.


  • Coffee history

  • Basic concepts of arabica, robusta and specialty coffee 

  • Basic understanding of a coffee machine

  • Foundations of espresso brewing.

  • Basic milk texturing. 

  • Basic daily care of equipment.

Duration: 1 day
Students: Maximum of 4 people on a course

Cost: 250 € + exam and SCA certification fee (60€)
